It comes as no surprise to us that our Customer Care team took home an award for their standout service to the Neato community in 2021. And for that, we are extremely proud.

The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest running and largest awards program in the customer contact industry. The awards recognize organizations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers. Categories for the ECCCSA’s awards include Innovation & Technology, Operational Effectiveness, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, and Contact Centre awards.
Led by Customer Care Director, Maël Tomissi, the Customer Care team, with support from the Concentrix team, Neato Robotics was selected as the Gold Winner for the Best Innovation in Customer Service category. Selected among eight other finalists, Tomissi says that “taking home the gold was a real tour de force.” This category recognizes innovations to meet the needs of customers more effectively and help enhance existing internal processes to support the customers. When asked what innovations led Neato Robotics to winning the Gold Award, Tomissi states that they “successfully implemented Solv™, a gig economy platform, that works on crowd support. It allows passionate individuals to help us answer our customers’ queries with great flexibility. Solvers can pick the tickets they want, when they want.”
Our customer care team supports our Neato community in a variety of ways, including email, text, phone, and chat. Tomissi also shares that “Neato Robotics is already way ahead in the industry in terms of accessibility and quality of service available to our users. In 2022, we will continue to aim for excellency and innovation by deploying an AI infused translation tool to support people from all over the world in their native language.”
