If I could give it 4.5 I would but I can’t so… 4 it is. Some context: we have a German Shepard and for those who don’t know, which was me a cpl years ago, they shed, a lot.
The last one I had was botvac connected. Out of the box I liked it better. The D10 has taken a few cleans to get good but it seems to know it’s way around pretty well. My only complaint after a month or so of use is it will get full and not stop and tell you to empty the bin. So after the bin gets full, it’ll continue to “clean” but, because it’s so full there’s dog hair and dust and what not clogging the shaft to the full bin, it’s not able to vacuum anything else up. So if we go a day or two without running it, I have to remember to stop it halfway through to empty the bin.
The no go zones work really well. Had one around the tree over Christmas and the dogs area and it will skip those places.

Easy setup and great packaging. I run my
Neato almost daily. I have two dogs one that sheds a lot and neato picks up the hair so well. Love that it has the Hepa filters as well. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Highly recommend !

Wonderful Machine

This is my 3rd Neato VC. I have had other machines but none compare to Neato. My only complaint....I had to follow a detailed process to update the machine's software prior to be able to connect to my Android phone. I would have preferred received a machine that was ready to use.

Now, I need to send my two D7s in for repairs.
