No Replacement parts

I have had this vacuum for almost 2 years. Now the dustbin does not stay fully seated and this shuts the vacuum off sending me a text saying to replace the dustbin. I contacted neato to purchase a replacement and they sent me a link to an overpriced USED dustbin on amazon. This dustbin was almost 1/4 the cost of the vacuum when new! Its no good that the company does not sell replacement parts especially if they fail after under 2 years. Id try another company next time. Buy this vacuum if you are ok with either replacing it every year or DUCT tape....

Great product, even better service!

I recently got into Neato and I haven't been disappointed. Their vacuum definitely holds its own and the smart navigation is top notch! As an added bonus, their customer service is one of the best in any industry. I would highly recommend giving their products a try!

Cleans ok, just not worth the effort

I've had this unit for 4 months now. It does a good job of light cleaning. We have a couple of rooms with hardwood floors and area rugs and it does a good job making the transition between the uneven and different surfaces.

The down side is the network connectivity. I spend quite a bit of time every week trying to re-establish the network connectivity. Even though it has line of sight to the access point it just keeps losing connectivity and configuration The documented steps to reconnect to the wifi don't always work

Good machine but weak WiFi

Overall machine works well, except WiFi
1. WiFi is weak, always has a hard time detecting my WiFi network(s). At the beginning, I was WiFi network(s) at my home, but all other devices, including the Neato I was replacing it w/, in my home have no issue detecting and connecting my networks here.

Ending up having to type in one of my WiFi networks' name and password, and tried many times to connect; and, it just cannot detect other network of mine at all, no matter what - BTW, all the other devices, machines, iphone, ipad have no problem detecting both my WiFi network.
2. D6 can only be detected/connected to my iphone when I'm in my own WiFi network range, not outside the range - always showing "your app is not connected to internet" message.

TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE!

I hate this despicable machine, it has been replaced twice only due to company I bought from replaced with receipt. Hard to work, won't connect to the internet, gets confused, I can't wait until the next time, I will throw it in the garbage and go with another brand. EXPENSIVE piece of Complete crap.

No Replacement parts
